Are the stays long enough on the front? I've got a set but can't fit the front with a 3" tyre as at least an inch too short. I've got the short version. I had exactly the same problem. Front stays are secured by cable ties, Top mounting point is inserted into a rubber bung Which is then inserted into steerer tube, cable ties are secured to fork, which works perfectly.
Are your tires 29+ and are those the Bluemels 75? It looks like they make 75s in a regular and long version that might extend down to the bottom bracket (rear fender 920mm vs 1120mm):
Sim Works by Honjo - Flat 80 Black ($250)
73mm interior width
79mm exterior width
21mm depth (top of fender to bottom of curve)
390mm from hub to top of fender
Max Tire Size: ~2.5"
Jones Seatstay angle: 33°
PLUS BIKE FENDERS
3" tire; 76.2 mm
Plus 5mm clearance on each side = 76.2 + 10 = 86.2 mm
--
2.8" tires (71.12 cm)
Plus 5mm clearance on each side = 71.12 + 10 = 81.12 mm

Fender Widths: Fenders are measured on the outside (not the inside) so a good rule is to subtract 10mm off the fender width to determine the maximum tyre clearance. You’ll ideally need a 20mm gap between the top of your tyre and fender, and about 5mm on either side of the struts. For example, a 75mm (3.00″) wide fender will comfortably clear a 65mm (2.60″) wide tyre. That said, manufacturers are usually very conservative with the maximum tyre clearances they recommend. You can often stretch the maximum tyre clearance to match the fender width, provided the struts allow it. A small bend to the strut near the tyre may be required.

SKS Bluemels 75 U Long - art.No.: 11517
Fender Width: 75mm
Jones 2.8" tire: 71.12; (Plus 5mm clearance on each side = 81.12 mm)

length front fender: 680 mm
length rear fender: 1120 mm
The BLUEMELS 75 U fender covers tyre widths up to 65 mm. Officially they’re good for 2.60″ but we know that the combination between flatter-profile ‘guards and bent fender struts should suit even wider tyres – 3.00″ are theoretically be a breeze. Mudhugger - Mudhugger Rear Medium
The Medium Rear Mudhugger is nearly identical to the Small Rear Fender, but 80mm longer. This longer version is ideal for most 27.5 full suspension frames. And 29” hardtail bikes. If your bike has seat stay angles 28- 33 degrees (Jones Seatstay angle: 33°) then the Medium Rear Mudhugger is the probably the best choice, this applies to the vast majority of bike designs. The rear fender braces are designed to be custom-cut around cable stops/guides and other unique seatstay/swingarm shapes and features. Kit includes fender, zipties and protective/non-slip heli tape.
Rear Fender Coverage - Ideal for most 29" and 27.5+ full suspension bikes with seat stay angles above 28 deg
Approx 640mm long; Approx 100mm wide at the widest part. Braces are approx 140m long. Compatible with our 100mm rear extender! Weight approx 208g exc fittings.
Rear extender: Fathugger Rear Extension - Post fit extender for 29er rear Mudhugger. For use on Fatbikes with tyres up to 5 inches wide. Honjo H-95s
Then, I saw that Sim Works was bringing out a new Honjo fender called the Flat 65, aka the Honjo H95. I have to admit I was pretty excited about putting Honjo fenders on a fat bike, and ordered the 29” version right away.

P45 silver 45 mm 28 700x28-37
Get the P35 if you use 700c wheels and tires skinner than 28, the P45 Longboards if you ride up to a 38-40 size. Get the P50 for 700c tires up to 50mm. The P35 fit most road bikes with sidepulls, and the larger ones (P45 Longboards) fit canti bikes and some (not all) standard reach sidepulls.

P45 silver 45 mm 28 700x28-37
P50 silver 50 mm 28 700x38-45
I have the P45s. I wish I had gotten the P50s. The 35mm paselas are a pretty tight fit, and I would like to use even wider tires.
I have p45s on my 56cm LHT, they fit fine with the stock 700x37 Contential Contract tires.
I have the stock LHT, which came with 700 x 37 tires, which is actually what I prefer for touring and for riding around Seattle, with its vast network of crumbling roads. I recently put SKS P45's on my bike, and they fit just fine. If I had wider tires than that, though, they wouldn't work. The clearance is enough for 37 mm, but there isn't very much extra.

ADVICE
http://www.outdoorgearadvisor.com/mountain-bike-fenders
I recommend the Planet Bike BOG front fender (at REI). I’ve tried the SKS fenders and they don’t last.
I prefer the SKS X-Tra Dry rear fender (at REI) (over their X-Blade rear fender which has many more adjustable parts.)

Review: Revelate Designs Tangle Frame Bag

Generally, fenders should be about 40% wider than your tires. This allows them to wrap around your tires without encroaching on the required clearances. This works well for tires up to 42 mm wide, which are best used with 58-60 mm-wide fenders.
However, you cannot scale up fenders indefinitely: Fenders wider than 60 mm do not work with “road” drivetrains, as the chain hits the fender in the smallest gears. For tires wider than 42 mm, stick with a 60 mm-wide fender. Choose a model that does not wrap around the tire very far, and mount it higher above the tire to provide the required clearance. You get a bit of “air” showing between tire and fender, but this “motocross” look is inevitable if you want to run ultra-wide tires with a road drivetrain. (Mountain bike cranks sit further outward and have room for wider fenders.)
26″ x 2.3″ tires: These tires have the same outer diameter as 650B x 42 mm, so we recommend Honjo 650B smooth. These fenders are 62 mm wide and don’t wrap very far around the tire, making them a good choice.
