Green Tea Cancer Prevention

Green tea contains compounds that could be used fight certain types of cancer. Polyphenols may be able to inhibit the growth of prostate cancer.

Other studies have found that green tea may fight tumor if it is delivered to the cells in vesicles made of transferrin.

Though these results are encouraging, it has not been proven that simply drinking green tea is an effective treatment for cancer. There are numerous other health benefits associated with green tea.
