Juice

Plant extracts made by crushing the plant to obtain the liquid. Juices can be made in juicers, food processors, blenders, or by using a mortar and pestle. More fibrous plant parts like leaves and stems can be juiced by putting them in the blender or food processor and then squeezing the pulp through cheesecloth or a strainer.
