Souvenir Shop

The Souvenir Shop satisfies visitor desires for keepsakes. One of only two standard shops which meet this particular visitor need, the souvenir shop is a vital part of any zoo's revenue stream.

The small version of the shop is available at level 1, and new players start the game with one small souvenir shop (along with one small soda stall). Additional souvenir shops can be purchased from the Shop window under the Buildings and Special Places tab.

At 5,000 Zoo Dollars (ZD) the medium souvenir shop is not difficult to acquire; you can expect to have a large volume of these buildings until the toy store becomes available at higher levels. Trading card pieces for both the medium and large versions of the shop are fairly common; it might take a bit of patience to complete a large souvenir shop, but it's usually not too difficult.
