The Jersey-Stall was offered for sale during the 2014 World Cup Campaign, with each purchase also rewarding the buyer with campaign-specific soccer balls currency. It is no longer available in the game.

Like other 2014 World Cup campaign shops, the jersey stall has a high revenue and short build time. There did not appear to be any limit on the number of jersey stalls that could be placed in a zoo.

Presumably the jersey stall satisfies visitor keepsake desires, though this is not confirmed.
