Chen Hu

Position

I am currently finishing my PhD under the supervision of Dr. Mathias Pessiglione.

Project

I’m interested in how individuals make decision and how different frames affect out decision making. For instance, whether you are presented with two options simultaneously or sequentially could bias you choice. My project deals with investigating computational and brain mechanisms that might lead to these observed biases in decision making driven by different framing.

Previous experiences

I obtained my bachelor's degree in Psychology in Zhejiang University, China and my MS degree at Ecole Normale Superieure (Paris, France).

In my M1 year, I did an internship with Dr. Sid Kouider in LSCP, ENS; the topic was on subliminal attention blink, investigating subliminal inhibitory control and visual consciousness using fMRI.
