The Supermarket Scientist has been successful for more than a decade in primary and secondary schools, science festivals, for British Science Week events and food festivals all over Britain and in schools in mainland Europe and America. It is developed for hands-on activities in groups and shows that almost anything that can be bought in a supermarket can be used to do science.
