Cheltenham Science Festival 2019
I did two shows at Cheltenham this year. This is my 13th consecutive year on the programme at the science festival in Cheltenham. I have also presented at the Jazz and Music festivals. I also developed, for Cheltenham, the first citizen science project at a public festival to lead to an academic publication anywhere in Europe. It is great to be back working with The Flying Kandinskys► in particular.
Science in Schools: Six very successful tours of mainland France, one to Reunion Island, and one visit to French Guiana with Supermarket Scientist► for primary schools, going back to do it again and a third time to do the Brain Game► with secondary schools after a meeting with representatives of the British Council and the French Education Ministry in Paris.
SchoolLab: I have been working with the British Council in France to launch SchoolLab; a schools project modelled on FameLab. More news on this soon!
