The 6th Anniversary North Wales Fife Fancy Canary Club was won by the McEwen & McGlinchey Partnership with a lovely heavily variegated buff hen (pictured below - both pictures) with 670 birds benched
Gerald Spencer took best opposite sex in show with a heavily variegated buff cock (left) with Best Novice going to J I Ross's Heavily Variegated Buff Hen(right)
The Champion colour specials were well split amongst the exhibitors with both the Roby Roy partnership and Tony Carline taking two awards each, R H Parry won the self cinnamon special, with a tidy variegated white hen from Clarke and Gillott taking the best Allied to white award. I was pleased with my teams performance, my variegated yellow cock won his class of 25, with his brother taking 4th in the same class, a performance matched by my two heavily variegated yellow cock brothers, again taking first and fourth this time in a class of 27.
Tony Carline Best Variegated (Left), the top table of Special winners (Centre) and the Roby Roy Partnerships best champion clear (Right)
