I would like to share the news and information from our locally owned news source with the United Nations and the world. Please forward these links on to your fellow constituents. In the state of Iowa, we have a terrible time with getting our story out to the national public. Local and state officials have an unfair advantage with the media, and our resources are limited. The state courts and state law enforcement are very rebellious to basic constitutional rights of individuals. The state rules of court and state laws regarding state court procedures prevent most federal review of wrongful state court actions. In my pending case, a judge has stolen evidence out of the court file before it was submitted to the jury for deliberation. I have no legal right to review by the Iowa Appellate courts. The Iowa appellate courts can decide if they want to hear an appeal or to not allow me to appeal according to state laws. Iowa state arrest warrants need no probable cause, only the name of the person, the crime charged, and a signature by the judge. No names of witnesses or physical evidence is required. Even for a warrant for 1st degree murder. Iowa law requires ex felons to have enough money to repay ALL court costs, fines, restitution, attorney's fees for public defenders, before being able to apply for their rights to vote in elections. Also part of that application process is child support payments, criminal back ground check, consumer credit report submition as well as other rediculous guidelines.
