to me

Hello Mr. Longdon,I received your proclamation templates. I would appreciate you sending be the African American History Month and Juneteenth proclamations closer to the actual date you would want them on the council meeting. Coralville Council meetings are the Second and Fourth Tuesday of the Month and I appreciate receiving agenda items a week before the meeting or a little earlier. I will ask Mayor Jim Fausett if he will read the Martin Luther King Junior Day proclamation at the 01/13/2011 council meeting [7pm]. Once again I am sure this will not be a problem, but I need his approval. I will notify you of his answer. In our case the Mayor will make the proclamation, which is one of his duties and the council will not vote on it because it is not required. Thorsten J. Johnson, City ClerkCity of Coralville P.O.
