It has come to our attention that even with the First Amendment rights of freedom of expression and freedom of the press U.S.C.A. Const. Amend. 1, District Associate Judge Stephen Chenoweth Gerald II wants to silence MaGaZiNe yEtU by issuing a warrant for our publisher's arrest. We have taken photogrpahs of U.S. President Obama as well as U.S. Rep. Dave Leobsack, as well as published them. No warrant was issued then. What does Stephen really want with our publisher?
