This is Our Life

Sunday, June 20, 2010 Daniella writes: We've had a nice, relaxing weekend so far. Yesterday I worked on school work until mid-afternoon and then Jim and I did some errands (had a little fun in Target-picture of me holding the toy sword) and took the Shelby out for a drive. Today was a very nice and special day with Dad. We went to Stan Hywett for the annual Father's Day car show. Dad is always so fun and easy to be around. We had a very nice time enjoying him and looking at some classic cars. We are blessed to have such a wonderful, loving, and caring Father. We love you, Dad! Tomorrow begins the second half of summer school. It's a busy schedule being on campus from 9am until 8pm, but it will be worth it when I graduate in August!

This past weekend was a fun and busy one for us. We went to Jim's cousin's wedding on Saturday. We had a nice time catching up with and seeing the multitude of family, friends, and some old, familiar faces that we haven't seen in a very long time. Yes, even I saw a childhood friend at Jim's family wedding. It's always a small world, isn't it? Sunday we spent the day catching up with my mom's family at my parent's house. We got to meet Kaylee. I wasn't feeling very well the whole weekend, but it was a very fun weekend and worth pushing through the pain.
