22 Weeks

This week of pregnancy was another great week. My mom and I completed the baby shower invitations. The black and white picture of me and Jim is the invitation picture that we sent out for our baby shower.

It was my Dad's birthday, but he wasn't feeling well on his birthday so we celebrated with him a few days late. Unfortunately, we did not get any pictures of our time with him. The baby continues to do well as I check it with the fetal doppler and continually feel and see more movements. All the books say that the baby is measuring around a pound and about 12 inches long. It's such a miracle to think about a life living and growing inside and in just a few more months, we'll get to finally meet our baby. There's not much else to write for this week other than I'm looking forward to another great week of pregnancy going into 23 weeks.

So, how does Jim fare at 22 weeks compared to me? With all the profile shots I've been taking of myself, it was time for him to stand sideways for his weekly picture! Pregnancy looks good on him (ha,ha); he hasn't put on any weight and he's looking as handsome as ever. =)
