Mega Man 4 Dr. Light's Conquest

After 4 months of waiting, since my brother or my mother refuse to take action to my rebooted computer, this project is still canceled. Insectduel is still in quitting status.

I want to create my own Mega Man 4 hack since Mega Man Showdown 4 to make my hack more polished and original. Not no fancy ASM stuff. I'm going to give it my best.
