Juvenile Services :Every librarian is a children's librarian. Children are valuable customers. As a representative of the library, a staff person has one shot to make a positive first impression on a child that will temper future library experiences. This is an opportunity to make a lifelong learner. The branch manager should empower, equip, and educate the staff at his branch to do an excellent job in serving children. One must coordinate with the children's librarian to create a safe and welcoming environment for young learners. For more information, see the Juvenile Services wiki.
