When an employee decides to resign from HPL, that employee needs to write a letter of resignation addressed to the head of Human Resources. The letter needs to include the last day of work for the employee.
If the employee leaves without giving notice, the immediate supervisor must write the letter of resignation.
An employee who has submitted a letter of resignation must report to work on their designated last day. No sick time may be taken after the submission of the letter of resignation.
An exit interview will be conducted for all staff members who resign that want to have one, but it is not mandatory.
The Unit Manager must complete an Employee Clearance Form on the employee's last day. A Final Check Request Form must be completed by the employee and forwarded to HR by the Branch Manager.
