Open trap door in NorthEastern tower.

Follow the path, there is a tome in the chapel.

Wear gloves, take tome.

On the second floor of the castle there is a maze:

Give Tome to Jasper

Jasper gives you Sword to destroy DARKSTAFF

DARKSTAFF is in /brainsprain/spiral/rooms/room1501.c

Get there from the magic transport shop in the town.
