These are the items needed for the 2 10% megastoves mega stoves released early 2011. These were the very first

4 burner stoves that only took one stove spot, and is different from the 4x cooking station which simply combined

4 single stoves into one, reducing cafe world floor space, but still taking up 4 stove spots.

Reminder, these are only 10% stoves, not 50% stoves. The 50% stoves are called Ultra stoves.
