Hi, I’m Ethan Brisby. I help people change their lives by teaching them how to build wealth, own land, lead with purpose, and believe in themselves again.

I started my career in real estate—buying land, building things, and learning how money really works. But as I grew, I realized my mission was bigger than just business. I wanted to help people create real change in their families and communities.

That’s why I started SHIFT Enterprise Academy—a school that teaches people how to save, help, imagine, follow, and think their way into a better life. SHIFT is for anyone ready to break old cycles and build something strong and lasting.

I’ve done this work in cities across Texas and villages in East Africa. I’ve made mistakes, had big wins, and learned a lot along the way. Now, I share those lessons as a teacher, author, developer, and mentor.

I believe in building people, not just buildings. And I believe the best way to lead is by living what you teach.
