Upon your arrival in GP-F you will need to retrieve the title/name cards for your photos - these will be laid out on the table in alphabetical order. Please take these cards and clip them to the appropriate photo. Clips will be on the table for that purpose. Then turn in your photos to Richard Mansfield for storage.
If any cards are missing, please let Lise know so we can make them up and clip them on the photos before the Art Expo.

Hello Everyone: This week we are preparing for the Photo Art Expo that is scheduled for next Saturday and Sunday. Please note the following:
- On Tuesday, February 27 at 1pm: The regular Club meeting is cancelled. However, please bring all the photos for which you have submitted titles and that you will be exhibiting in the Photo Art Expo
- If you have not already done so, you should provide Richard Mansfield with a memory stick that has a copy of the digital photographs that you are exhibiting in the Photo Art Expo. As discussed, Richard will upload these to the Club web site and your memory stick will then be returned to you at our next meeting on Tuesday, March 6.
- Irwin Glazer has volunteered to photography our exhibitors with one or two of their photos. We are looking for more volunteers to assist him. Is one of you interested in helping him so that we can provide the Reporter with our photos to celebrate our annual event and perhaps entice other CVE residents to join our the Camera Club?
- With the exception of the hanging committee, members should not come to the Party Room until Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
- Wine & Cheese Reception: All exhibitors and their spouses/partners are invited to a wine & cheese reception on Saturday evening at 6:30. For tickets, please see me or Sol during the day on Saturday in the photo exhibit area.
