Very artistic, lovely dark haired young girl...died on Old Durham Hwy in a car accident

Vickie Daniels was my first best friend, as we both attended Glenwood Elementary together. Although her art never progressed to the level she desired, I can remember very clearly a paper-mache castle she built (remember this was 3rd grade..), completely painted in greys and greens, with turrets, a moat, and all the details..she was alway like that with her art..it had to be exact, and match the picture in her head. We still put flowers on her grave, located out 15-501 toward Durham.

I love a recent story I heard fr/a classmate of ours, who would write "blank" loves Vickie Daniels on the sidewalk in Glen Lennox, in hopes she would see it..don't worry..I won't reveal your name!

I lived in Glen Lennox and played with Vickie quite a bit.

She was a loving girl who had a free spirt and loved life!

Her death was a tragic loss.
