Hello Brothers,

The Arctic Freeze Camp Out at Camp Buc is this week (February 17-19). You can arrive at Camp Buc any time after 1:30 on Friday. You are responsible for getting yourself there and back, but if you cannot find a way to get there, please let me know and I will try to find you a ride.

The current attendance list is attached. If you are not on this list and still wish to attend, you are welcome to come - just please send me an email.

The final price will be $15 per person, and you can pay at the door with either cash or make a check out to Troop 5.

Unfortunately, we will not receive the t-shirts and sweatshirts by Friday. If you ordered one of these items, they will be available at the March 12th Chapter Meeting. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

You should bring a sleeping pad, blanket/sleeping bag, warm clothing, work clothes, 2-3 changes of clothes, toothbrush/toothpaste, shower supplies, water bottle, hammock (optional). Showers will be available.

We will be doing a service project on Saturday to clear some trails. Please bring work gloves, loppers, handsaws, clippers, etc.

You will also need a signed copy of the attached permission form by your parent/guardian and a copy of your physical form A and B (we cannot let you stay if you don't bring these forms). Both forms are attached. Adults need a physical form too.

We are looking at a large attendance and there might not be enough beds for everyone, and that is why I would recommend you bring a sleeping pad. Sleeping bags should also be designed for cold weather. The Lodge is heated but it is always best to be prepared.

Everyone needs to bring a snack for the Cracker Barrel Friday to share, whether it is a 2 liter of soda or a party bag of chips, it's up to you. All other meals will be provided.

If there is a board game that you would want to play, please bring it. We are planning on watching a movie Saturday night, so if there is a movie that is appropriate and you would like to bring it, we can do a group vote.

I think that we are going to have a great Arctic Freeze and I am looking forward to it!

Thomas Roznowski Ca-Nu-Pa Chapter Chief
