Camp Buc Retreat, Feb 5-7, - Update

Reminder for OA Reps. We need to know names in addition to headcount (and e-mails, if possible) of those planning on attending retreat from your troop. If anyone is interested becoming a charter member of the Camp Buc Polar Bear Swimming Club, please let us know upon your arrival. See attachment for updated planning info and current weather forecast for the Camp Buc Arctic Freeze Retreat for Order of the Arrow members. Also, continue to check this Ca-Nu-Pa website for updated information, particularly the weather conditions and announcements that might develop and effect your ability to drive safely (2010 Camp Buc Retreat, under Documents and Forms).

As of Tuesday, Feb 2^nd, we have about 30 (+/-) planning on attending. Confirmed counts are T-5 = (9), T-20 = (1 to 2), T-94 = (1), T-97 = (12), Sahkanaga Chapter = (4) and 2 guests. About 4 to 7 Rock Face Campers are expected for Friday night. If you want to come up for the day or one night, we'll adjust the cost. We hope you'll attend! Be sure to e-mail me if you're attending. We need names for safety reasons.
