Welcome to 2nd semester!

Happy New Year! 6th grade ELA has a lot to do in getting ready for upcoming Milestones and essay writing. We will move forward with Unit 3 expository writing for the next nine weeks as we try to continue learning how to respond in writing to essays and short answer response questions. We will continue to learn the backbone of grammar skills with our warm ups as well as practice with speaking and listening with the photo of the day. I look forward in the coming weeks to doing some fun activities to students enjoy the writing process as well as learning the important skills of writing academically.
