Reading List for the Rising 6th Graders

Post date: May 23, 2012 2:24:58 PM

Please note this list and graphic organizer are for the rising 6th graders. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email me over the summer. Please keep in mind I will check my mail box weekly so I may take a few days to respond. Just follow the instructions and fill out the reading comprehension list completely. This assignment will be due on the first week of school.

Please feel free to look around my website as I have left everything up from last year so you can see how the class works and what kind of information you can expect to find on this site. I have designed it to be the parent's guide when kids come home and say "I don't have any homework" or "I left all my notebooks in my locker" or "I don't remember what I need to do for my project due tomorrow". I am also including last year's supply list as that usually does not vary much from year to year. Please keep in mind the social studies teachers are different this year and might have different supplies. I encourage you to email Mr. Yeomans in this case to find out what he would prefer, but remember he is on vacation and may not get your email until August.

I am super excited to teach the rising 6th graders this year, and I hope you all have a wonderful summer break.
