Procedure
Ask participants a question about:
their opinions
information they have
their thoughts and suggestions
Allow the first participant to answer the question while the rest of the participants listen
Move on to the next adjacent participant asking for his or her answer
Repeat this process in sequence till all participants have voiced their answers
You may optionally ask one of the participants to keep a written record of the all the answers provided by all the participants.
Participants get an active role during training
Participants feel they are being heard
Enhances trainee engagement
A large number of diverse opinions or ideas are collected
In case of keeping a written record of answers, a potentially useful artifact is created
