The aim of this course is to train Resala volunteers on communication and teamwork skills.
Using videos
Questions on videos
Using games (team building)
Grouping attendees into groups to create teams.
Asking questions to teams as a form of actively informing them about Resala goals and activities.
Asking participants to introduce themselves and say something about themselves that no other person knows (good for team building, specially for participants who already know each other).
Using of an illustration chart to illustrate the relationship between the volunteer and other elements of the NGO (donors, employees and beneficiaries).
A slow paced start.
