Good selection of topic (we do have a deep need for better project management in Egypt in the government in NGOs and in businesses).
Starting by questioning the audience.
Video recording the session (small video camera on tripod).
Using a video projector.
PowerPoint presentation was in Arabic (presenter translated content from English to Arabic).
Interacting with the audience through questions.
Saying "I do not know" in response to some inquiries from the audience.
Short session time (1 hour, 20 minutes).
Ventilation in the room.
Content needed to be more coherent, less in content with more illustrative graphs and photos for fighting boredom and brining humor.
