I have recently delivered a Training of Trainers session at Bayan.
Workshop style.
List the methods by which children learn. [pair work]
List the skills and traits that you believe an ideal kid should have. [group work, 6]
Select trait or skill that you would like to build in kids then design a training program to achieve this. [group work, 3]
