Brother: Lawrence

Lawrence Henry Brisbane was the second child of John and Ethel Brisbane, born on the 21st of April 1918, Warwick, Queensland. His nicknames were Lawrie and Jumbo.

He served 11 years with the Royal Australian Air Force and was a decorated member of both the Citizen and permanent Air Forces during World War II (see Lawrie's certificate of discharge). As a civilian, he worked as a timber cutter.

Lawrie married Olive Ellen Johnson in Sydney in 1965. Both were 47 years old at the time.

Olive had lost the ability to have children after being injured in a car accident and the couple were childless.

Lawrie died on the 16th of August 1977 in Warwick, Queensland.
