This was my most expensive case ever. The Koolance case included a watercooling kit. For that time it was unique. Friend called me nuts for purchasing such an expensive case, even more when I told them I planned to customise it. I estimate it was the year 2000 when I purchased it.
The case included decent watercooling and was quite decent. However, since I was young and a gamer, I wanted something more spectaculair. I made a Z-shaped window in a sidepanel, since 'Zombie' was my gamer name. I changed the name later when I learned that there were many 'Zombies' on the internet. Behind the panel I placed green lighting (CCFL-tube).
In addition to the sidepanel I placed it on a plexiglas plate which was illuminated pink by a CCFL-tube I placed inside the plexiglas. It should have been coloured red but it turned out pink.
At the top was the Koolance module, existing of a radiator, three 8cm fans and a control unit including a temperature sensor and some buttons.
Unfortunately the photo got damaged over the years.
Back in the days when PC components only used green PCBs and IDE cable was standard for the CD drives. Note that I already discarded my disk (floppy) drive.
Both the CPU and the northbridge were watercooled. The VGA card (Winfast Gefore 3 TI200) was still stock. There was also a soundcard and a TV card present.
