One of my latest purchases was Castle Ravenloft, my second game of the Dungeons and Dragons series. I liked the miniatures and decided to paint them. I did some additional tests with different primers, these can be found on the page regarding primers.

The photo below clearly shows the issues I had with the spray primer. The middle spider and ghoul were sprayed while the most left and most right were brush-primered.

Didn't like the colouring. Placed the model in 'Dettol' for some days to remove the old paint and primer. Then gave it another try. Also used better primer (Army Painter).

Skin/Fur: No addition to primer, highlights with titanium white

Also used some sand for the base.
