I've been interested in the local history and genealogy of SW Virginia, and in particular Buchanan County, for the past 25 years.  I hope this site will serve as vehicle for me to post much of the material I've amassed over the years as well as serve as a collection point for links to the myriad array of web resources on SW Virginia history.  Thank you.
