JH/High School

    The high school library runs on a semi-flexible schedule, meaning students may visit freely during the school day to check out books or use its resources.  Teachers are encouraged to schedule class visits to the library, although study hall can, unfortunately, limit available seating.  Mrs. Seddon is available on Tuesdays and Fridays to give instruction in finding, using, and evaluating information, or information literacy skills.

    STDUENTS: If you plan to visit the library during class time, get a pass from your teacher. We need to know that you have permission to be out of class.

To reserve the library,

1) Check the calendar for availability

2) It depends on when you want to reserve the library:

        - For a time before or after normal school hours, submit a request by completing the ACSD Facility Scheduler form.  

        - For a time within normal school hours, call the high school library at (641)932-2161 ext 157 or email Leann Seddon or Janet Kosman
