• Classes visit the library once a week to browse and check out books.  The weekly schedule is located at the bottom of this page.  

• Every 9 weeks the specials (p.e., character ed, talented and gifted, music, and library) schedule will switch days due to the 2:30 outs on Wednesdays.  

• During their weekly library visit Mrs. Seddon teaches students about information literacy -- learning how to treat books right, enjoy literature, be a good digital citizen, and how to find, use and evaluate information. 

  • Teachers and students are encouraged to contact Mrs. Seddon for help in finding, using, and evaluating information sources for personal or school purposes.

To reserve the library

        - For a time before or after normal school hours, submit a request by completing the ACSD Facility Scheduler form.  

        - For a time within normal school hours, contact teacher-librarian Leann Seddon or library associate Tara Stewart at (641)932-2161 ext. 127, or school secretary Julie Heaton at ext. 136.
