I am Samarth Diwani, I am 15 years old. I am very passionate about football and I am playing for Sreenidhi Deccan Football Club. I have been playing football for 7 years now and I want to make it my career.


For my personal project I made a diet plan for young athletes and published it on a website using Wix. I wanted to Work on this as it will help me and many young athletes to understand the importance of a good diet and how it can improve our performances.


I want to know if a diet plan for sportsmen affects the player's performance. I can find it out by the evidence I will find in my benchmark test. I can attain my goal by making a diet plan that is similar to what the professionals use and follow it. This goal is relevant as to what to become a football player in the future and the project is related to football.


My goal is to make a diet plan for an athlete which will help the player to be better on the field by physical strength. I will collect my evidence of improvement of the diet by having a benchmark test before I start the diet plan, between the plan and on the last day of my plan. The goal is attainable as I play football every day and if I follow the diet plan I will be able to reach my goal. This is relevant because I want to be a football player and this project is related to my future goal.


This project helped me understand and learn more about the diet as an athlete. I could learn about how a diet can affect the performance of an athlete. This project helps be prepared for my future as I want to become a football player.
