Every registered learner is given file space on one of the University’s servers. You can save all your documents there in the knowledge that the University has comprehensive protection against viruses and backs up all data on the file servers as standard.
Many learners use their own laptops and it is essential that you have full, up-to-date antivirus protection and that you back-up your work to another safe medium on a frequent basis. You are fully responsible for protecting your own work. You will not be given any extensions on assignment work because you have lost work on your computer due to inadequate security precautions.
