We are always keen to receive your feedback about our programme: this is an essential part of our continuous improvement policy. Feedback comes from various sources: learner representatives, module leaders, external examiners and from informal meetings with learners.
The formal feedback method we operate is through Student Feedback Surveys (SFS) via a system called TellUS. Soon after completing each module we will ask you to fill in a short questionnaire about the module and give you the opportunity to make general comments about what you liked and what you think we should consider changing. Towards the end of the programme we will ask you to complete another questionnaire called the Programme Feedback Questionnaire (PEQ) about the programme as a whole. Complete anonymity is assured: we want you to be honest and constructive.

Semester 1
Semester 2
The Student Staff Committee exists to encourage any learner to raise issues of general or particular concern relating to any aspect of departmental management, facilities or the programme. Each group is made up of representatives of the teaching staff and professional services. Feedback will be collated and action taken will be uploaded to the programme Blackboard site.
The online tool ‘Padlet’ will be used to provide a secure forum for feedback to be discussed. Sessions will take place during timed slots on given dates. The benefit of the committee taking place virtually is to allow you to contribute to the discussion with minimal disruption to your working hours. The organisation and learners will be able to do this quickly without having to travel and be able to see and respond to the feedback of others.
Topics of discussion may include but are not limited to:
Assessment and feedback
Organisation and management of the programme
Resources for learning and teaching
Learner feedback of modules and any actions arising from these
Any changes to modules and assessments
Facilities and catering
Any other business.
