SHAPE Passport

The SHAPE programme helps to develop your awareness in a wide variety of themes that affect all employees across all sectors in some way or another. As you complete online training modules and assessments, you will be awarded a SHAPE Passport to certify that you have developed your behaviours in the following areas:  

• Staying Safe 

• Health and wellbeing 

• Active citizenship 

• Progression and careers (including English, maths and digital skills) 

• Equality matters 

SHAPE will also help you to obtain more Off-The-Job training hours to help you meet your minimum requirement.  

Instructions for completing your SHAPE passport: 

You will need to complete the following activities:  

• Read through all of the material on the google classroom

• Complete the SHAPE quiz and score 100%

• Complete PREVENT Awareness Course 1

• Upload SHAPE and PREVENT certificates to Smart Assessor
