Welcome to Your Apprenticeship Journey

Now that you've officially started your apprenticeship, we're here to support you every step of the way — and a great place to begin is the Apprentice Space. The Apprentice Space is designed to help you make the most of your time on the course. It’s packed with useful tools, important updates, and helpful guidance to support your learning and development. Whether you're on campus, in the workplace, or studying from home, the Apprentice Space is there to support you whenever you need it.

Campus addresses and how to get there

If your apprenticeship includes on-site classes or workshops, these will usually take place at one of our five campuses.

If you want to do some personal study, you’re welcome to visit any of our Learning Resource Centres across campuses — just remeber to bring your Student ID card with you.

City campus

Granville Road, Sheffield, S2 2RL

Located within a 15 minute walk of the City Centre and a five minute walk from Sheffield (Train) Station, most of our apprenticeship courses are based here.

Olive Grove Road, Sheffield, S2 3BA

Located within a five minute walk from our City campus, our Engineering, Motor Vehicle and Plumbing apprenticeships are based here.

Hillsborough campus

Livesey Street, Owlertown, Sheffield, S6 2ET

Located within a 10 minute walk from the Hillsborough interchange, our Horticultural, Journalism, Sports and Animal care apprenticeships are based here.

Peaks campus

Waterthorpe Greenway, Sheffield, S20 8LY

Located within a five minute walk of the Crystal Peaks shopping centre, currently none of our apprenticeships are based here but some cohorts do have classes here.

Pennine Five

Located within a five minute walk of the Cathedral tram stop, Penning Five is The Sheffield College's adult learning centre and home of our adult training provision.
