You are entitled to be given feedback on your work and a reliable, assessment decision

Grounds for appeal include:

• Exceptional circumstances

• Mitigating circumstances

• Assessment misconduct

• An error or irregularity in the process

You are able to access the Appeals Policy through your SmartAssessor e-portfolio or the Apprentice Space
