Lack of stress management in the workplace contributes to illnesses, absenteeism and employee turnover. A primary indicator of stress is underperformance at work. To resolve the situation it is vital to take effective actions and procedures

The Student Assistance Helpline, provided by Health Assured, is available to our apprentices at The Sheffield College

The Safeguarding team at College and your CollegeTutors are also there to provide you with face-to-face support on a daily basis, as needed.
