Music

Year 7 music introduces students to the fundamentals of music making. Students learn the basics of ukulele playing and singing, and explore making music on different instruments by working collaboratively to prepare and present a group performance. Instruments and music from New Zealand and Europe are studied. Students are challenged to create short compositions using technology and their knowledge of the musical elements.
