Integrated Studies is a combination of English and Social Studies. The curriculum strands are covered over two years in the junior school through a range of contexts.

- the causes of conflict and effect that it has on individuals and groups
- the development of entrepreneurial skills and business knowledge
- the impact of innovation and exploration on our way of life
- the study of influential change makers that have shaped history
- decisions and actions that impact on our environment
- leadership and their consequences
Within these contexts students will learn the skills required to examine short texts, complete a novel study, write both creative and formal pieces, research information and create visual and oral presentations.
