Design question:
How can a free-flowing form weaving around the trees create the experience of meandering through the play of light and shadow ?
Spatial intent

Spaces around the trees

Multifunctional spaces
Design Process:
I initially contemplated spirituality but shifted focus to the
interplay of light. As I designed a temple, the concept of dynamic, free-flowing forms became
central and extended to all areas. This design approach allowed for integration with natural
elements, including trees, creating intimate spaces within the various programs. I intentionally
incorporated local influences into the design, allowing them to shape the outcome. This process
resulted in an architecture that harmonized with its surroundings, embodying a balance between
spirituality,light, and form.
