Site Observations

During the field observation, I noticed the pervasive occupation of footpaths by vendors, rendering built spaces like reading areas unused. The footpaths, once designed for pedestrian convenience, now served as makeshift marketplaces, brimming with stalls and merchandise. The reading space meant for quiet contemplation or leisurely reading was left empty and unused.  This stark dissonance between intended use and current reality underscored the challenges faced by urban planners in balancing commercial activity with public amenities. The community spaces meant for relaxation and intellectual engagement lay abandoned amidst the hustle and bustle.
