Some information about BF Basics
Description: This spring you will find the lessons which form the basis for understanding brain fitness and how you can create brain healthy lifestyle changes in your everyday life through brain training activities. Follow this weekly curriculum along with your 3 to 5 days a week using the BrainHQ program. Click on the underlined words to get to the readings and activities. NOTE: You will see multiple readings each week. It is not necessary to read all of them, unless you wish to. We include them to cater to all students, from those who are just beginning to learn about brain fitness those who already have a brain healthy routine in place. All reading assignments will help you to learn more about keeping your brain strong and fit. Also, feel free to try your hand at the quizzes.
