David Hockney, born July 1937, is an English painter, draftsman, printmaker, stage designer and photographer.  As an important contributor to the pop art movement of the 1960s, he is considered one of the most influential British artists of the 20th century.

In Advanced Photography, we studied David Hockney's style of "Joiner Photographs" and then replicated the style with new interpretations. Here are the results below:

Students will watch part of the  JOINER PHOTOGRAPHS Documentary on the DEVOS player.

While watching the video, students will fill out the HOCKNEY STUDY GUIDE FOR VIDEO.
