Step 1: Access Operational Budget Setup

Go to the side menu and click 8. Accounting.
Click 8.5 Revolving Fund
Select 8.5.1 Fund Setup
Click 8.5.1.1 Operational Budget Setup
Step 2: Select Project
Step 2: Select Project
From the Fund Setup list, double-click a specific project
Note: The system does not allow direct project insertion. You must select an existing record to proceed.
Step 3: Modify Project

Click the Modify button.
A login window will appear. Enter your Username and Password.
(Optional) Check Remember Me if you want the system to save your credentials.
Hit Enter to Confirm login to unlock modification access.
Step 4: (Optional) Export Data

If you need a copy of the adjustments, click Export Excel.
A Save As dialog will appear.
Choose the folder location, enter a file name, and confirm the file type (Excel File *.xls).
Click Save to export the data.

After making adjustments, click Save.
